Whilst I have had many clients reporting back to me how positive and beneficial the services I offer have been, there is now legislation in place to give support to those clients seeking the type of services I offer, who may be particularly vulnerable and could potentially be prayed upon by less scrupulous traders. I am fully supportive of these regulations when supporting vulnerable people.
The legislation does however, bring potential issues for those of us who have been working genuinely and ethically to help and support people in need. It saddens me and I apologise in advance, but due to legislation I am required to make following statement and clients in seeking my services are asked to accept these terms and conditions if they wish to consult with me:
"I understand that tarot, psychic and spiritual services are now legally regarded as services that are offered for entertainment purposes only and I fully understand this statement. I also understand that the services Jules Williams offers have not been scientifically proven and that my consultation with her will offer an holistic approach to my life that may embrace its spiritual, mental, psychological, emotional and physical aspects.
Jules Williams may give me information that could bring about positive change in my life, but any choices I make are my own personal and legal responsibility, I have sought the services provided by her for myself and I assume full responsibility for my decisions.
In booking an appointment with Jules Williams, I take full responsibility for understanding and accepting the terms and conditions as outlined above."
Jules Williams is the Trading Name, "Angeloi" is the website which details the services she offers.
