This is a poem by Dolores McLeod who came to me for a SRT session. I was so taken by what she had written following her clearance that I felt I wanted to share it with you all. As the song goes "Love is all around us, everywhere we go" - Dolores has had what I would call a "light bulb moment" or a "ping". Dolores refers to it as recognsing "a stepping stone on the journey and again is about owning my own stuff and not giving it away in the hope someone else will make it better". Why not take a look and and enjoy her moment with her, for recognising that love is within us, is a great lesson to have learnt and to find it in ourselves when we felt we had lost it, is testament to just some of the things that we can do through working with Spiritual Response Therapy and releasing the blocks we have!
